Julie is a nationally recognized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of Core Nutrition Health & Wellness. With over 25 years of experience, Julie is dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting health through functional nutrition and a compassionate, food-as-medicine approach.

Julie blends clinical expertise with holistic care to help clients improve digestive health, hormonal balance, and metabolic wellness, providing evidence-based recommendations tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
