Easy Tofu Scramble on Spicy Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 5 ounces extra firm tofu, crumbled Hodo organic extra firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, organic cold pressed
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric, organic great value brans
  • 1/4 tsp garlic, ground
  • 1 tbsp plant-milk I used unsweetened soy

SpicyAvocado Toast

  • 1 slice Sourdough Bread Aldi's Speciality Select
  • 1 pack spicy guacamole
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 4-5 salad tomatoes, halved organic
  • dash oregano, dried
  • dash parsley, dried
  • sprinkle salt
  • sprinkle pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 tbsp EVOO to 8 inch pan. Add crumbled tofu in pan. Heat on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add nutritional yeast, garlic, turmeric. Heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Add plant milk. Stir to mix for 1 minute. Serve immediately on top of avocado toast.
