- 5 ounces extra firm tofu, crumbled Hodo organic extra firm tofu
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, organic cold pressed
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp turmeric, organic great value brans
- 1/4 tsp garlic, ground
- 1 tbsp plant-milk I used unsweetened soy
SpicyAvocado Toast
- 1 slice Sourdough Bread Aldi's Speciality Select
- 1 pack spicy guacamole
- 1 slice red onion
- 4-5 salad tomatoes, halved organic
- dash oregano, dried
- dash parsley, dried
- sprinkle salt
- sprinkle pepper
Add 1 tbsp EVOO to 8 inch pan. Add crumbled tofu in pan. Heat on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add nutritional yeast, garlic, turmeric. Heat for another 1-2 minutes.
Add plant milk. Stir to mix for 1 minute. Serve immediately on top of avocado toast.
